Touch Paper

Paper with a soft-touch or velvet coating, offering a fine hand feel for premium packaging.

Explanation

Touch paper uses soft-touch, velvet or matte tactile coatings to create a fine powdery hand feel, warmer than ordinary matte stock and suited to packaging that should invite handling. Its main risk is finishing compatibility: scratch resistance, fingerprints, foil, spot UV, lamination and gluing should be proofed in process order. Dark soft-touch surfaces especially need rub and fingerprint checks.
