Linen Paper
Specialty paper with woven linen or cloth textures, a classic for business cards and stationery.
The woven texture is created during papermaking or post-press embossing, and its scale sets the tone: fine linen reads formal, coarse linen reads natural, and laid patterns sit in between — a common first choice for premium business cards. Flat ink can mottle over the weave, so proof fine screens and solids first; letterpress, foil and embossing express the texture far better than plain four-colour print. Confirm gsm and matching envelopes when specifying.
